I started Rachelle’s with two clients and a car. I cleaned the homes myself, learned exactly what people worried about when they handed me a key, and built the company around fixing those worries instead of papering over them.

The home-cleaning world is full of rotating strangers and no one to call when something’s off. So we do the opposite. We send the same small team to your home, every visit. They learn your place — the floors, the pets, where the towels go — and they’re accountable to you and to me. That continuity is the whole company.

Every cleaner is background-checked before they ever set foot in a home, and we’re bonded and insured. If a visit isn’t right, you tell us within a day and we come back and fix it — no charge, no debate. I’d rather earn the next clean than win an argument about the last one.
