Who it’s for
When to book it
Homes that have not had a thorough clean in a few months, are coming off a busy season, or are about to host. A deep clean is also what we do before guests, after a renovation settles, or when a recurring client wants a periodic reset on top of regular visits.
If you are deciding between a deep clean and a standard one: if you have to ask, it is usually the deep clean. Standard keeps a clean home clean; deep recovers a home that has drifted.
Our approach
The Rachelle’s standard
We budget more time and more hands for a deep clean, and we work top-down so nothing settles onto a surface we already finished. We will walk the home with you first (or review photos) so the quote reflects real condition — heavier homes take longer, and we would rather tell you that up front than surprise you.
Pricing, honestly
Quoted free — no fake price tags
Deep cleans are quoted by home size and condition — a lightly-kept home and a heavily-soiled one of the same square footage are not the same job. We quote free and in writing, with no fixed published rate. Many clients book a deep clean once, then move to recurring service at a lower per-visit rate.
Questions
Deep Cleaning, answered
A standard (recurring) clean maintains a home that is already at baseline — surfaces, floors, bathrooms, kitchen. A deep clean adds the detail and build-up work: inside the oven, grout, baseboards, cabinet fronts, fixtures, and behind movable items. Deep is the reset; standard is the upkeep.
Most homes run a half to a full day depending on size and condition. We send enough of the team to finish in one visit wherever possible, and we tell you the expected window when we quote.
Inside the oven is included in a deep clean. Inside the refrigerator is included on request — just let us know so we can budget the time.
We usually recommend it. Starting recurring service from a true baseline means every visit after is lighter and the home holds its standard. If the home is already well-kept, we will tell you a deep clean is not needed.
Let us know within 24 hours and we return to correct it at no charge. The re-clean guarantee covers deep cleans.
