Those are market ranges, not our price list — we quote each home individually, in writing, for free, based on size, condition, and how often you want us there. Recurring visits cost less per visit than one-time cleans.

Life happens — just tell us as early as you can and we’ll move your visit. We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice so the crew’s day can be rebooked.

Yes. Rachelle’s carries a $10,000 business services bond through Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company and $1,000,000 in general liability coverage, and every cleaner passes a background check before entering a home. A certificate of insurance is available on request.

Our standard products are residential-grade and used correctly, but if you prefer, we’ll switch to eco-friendly and pet-safe alternatives at no extra charge — just tell us when you book. Crews are comfortable working around dogs and cats.

Deep cleans add inside-the-detail work: baseboards, blinds, vents, inside appliances on request, and buildup removal.

A standard clean of a 3-bedroom home usually takes 2–3 hours with a two-person crew. Deep cleans run longer: roughly 2–4 hours for a small apartment, 4–6 for a standard 3-bedroom, and 6–10+ for large or heavily lived-in homes.
Yes — same-day turnovers are one of our core services, especially along the coast. We work the checkout-to-check-in window: fresh linen, bathroom and kitchen resets, restocking, staging to your listing photos, and a photo report before the next guest arrives.
