Pricing & quotes

Pricing & quotes

Across the Orange County market in 2026, a standard clean typically runs $120–$320, a deep clean $200–$700, and a move-out clean $250–$800 depending on home size and condition. Those are market ranges, not our price list — we quote each home individually, in writing, for free, based on size, condition, and how often you want us there. Recurring visits cost less per visit than one-time cleans.

By the job. Your written quote covers the full scope we agreed on, so the price doesn’t creep if a room takes longer than expected. That keeps the incentive where it belongs: on doing the work right, not on stretching the clock.

Yes — quotes are free and written. Tell us your city, home size (bedrooms/bathrooms), the type of clean you want, and anything unusual (pets, post-remodel dust, heavy buildup). Most quotes go out within one business day.

Tipping is appreciated but never required or expected. If a visit stood out, 10–20% is a common range in Orange County. What helps our team most, honestly, is a review and a referral.

Booking & scheduling

Booking & scheduling

Request a quote through the site or call (949) 402-7425. Once you approve the written quote, we match you with a crew and a time that fits your week — most new clients get on the schedule within a few days.

No. Many clients give us a key, garage code, or smart-lock code. Access details are stored securely, shared only with your assigned crew, and every cleaner is background-checked, bonded, and insured. Be home the first visit if it helps you relax — after that, most people stop thinking about it.

Life happens — just tell us as early as you can and we’ll move your visit. We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice so the crew’s day can be rebooked.

Yes — that’s the core of how we work. The same small crew returns to your home each visit, learns how you like things, and keeps the standard steady. If someone on your crew is out, we tell you before the visit, not after.

Trust & safety

Trust & safety

Yes. Rachelle’s carries a $10,000 business services bond through Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company and $1,000,000 in general liability coverage, and every cleaner passes a background check before entering a home. A certificate of insurance is available on request.

Tell us within 24 hours and we come back and re-clean the areas that missed the mark — free, no debate. That re-clean guarantee applies to every visit, not just the first one.

Our standard products are residential-grade and used correctly, but if you prefer, we’ll switch to eco-friendly and pet-safe alternatives at no extra charge — just tell us when you book. Crews are comfortable working around dogs and cats.

Services & what’s included

Services & what’s included

Every visit covers kitchens (counters, sinks, appliance exteriors, floors), bathrooms (toilets, tubs, showers, mirrors, floors), bedrooms and living areas (dusting, surfaces, floors), and trash. Deep cleans add inside-the-detail work: baseboards, blinds, vents, inside appliances on request, and buildup removal.

A standard clean maintains a home that’s already in good shape. A deep clean resets one that isn’t — it adds baseboards, door frames, blinds, light fixtures, vents, and the scrubbing that removes months of buildup. Most new clients start with a deep clean, then maintain with recurring visits.

A standard clean of a 3-bedroom home usually takes 2–3 hours with a two-person crew. Deep cleans run longer: roughly 2–4 hours for a small apartment, 4–6 for a standard 3-bedroom, and 6–10+ for large or heavily lived-in homes.

Yes — same-day turnovers are one of our core services, especially along the coast. We work the checkout-to-check-in window: fresh linen, bathroom and kitchen resets, restocking, staging to your listing photos, and a photo report before the next guest arrives.

Yes. Our move-out clean follows what landlords and property managers actually inspect: inside cabinets and drawers, inside the oven and fridge, baseboards, and bathrooms scrubbed to deposit standard. Realtors and property managers use us for listing-prep cleans too.

If you’re in North or coastal Orange County, almost certainly yes — our crews are based locally and route by area, so you’re not paying for a team to drive across the county. Check your city on our service-areas page or send a quote request with your ZIP and we’ll confirm.
