Huntington Harbour is a 680-acre grid of man-made islands and channels in the northwest corner of Huntington Beach, and cleaning here is shaped by the water on three sides of most homes. We work all five islands — Trinidad, Humboldt, Davenport, Gilbert, and Admiralty — plus the mainland streets off Algonquin and the guard-gated enclave at Coral Cay. On Humboldt the channel-side homes look across Christiana Bay; on Admiralty nearly every house sits on a waterfront lot with its own dock. The housing is its own thing: originally built between the early 1960s and late 1970s, ranging from low-slung midcentury homes to two-story Spanish Mission designs, many since rebuilt into three-to-six-bedroom waterfront houses with walls of glass facing the slips. That glass and the open water-facing rooms are what we get called about most — they are beautiful and they show every spot, so recurring service and pre-summer deep cleans are the steady requests on streets like Saybrook Lane and the cul-de-sacs that dead-end at the bulkhead.

Access is the quirk that catches outside crews off guard. Coral Cay is behind a guard gate off Pacific Coast Highway at Cape Coral Lane, the island cul-de-sacs are tight with little guest parking, and some homes are easiest to reach from the dock side rather than the street. We sort the gate clearance, parking, and entry the first visit so it is settled, and the same team handles it every time after.
