A recurring clean should be predictable — you should know what happens every visit without asking. Here’s exactly what’s included in a standard recurring clean, and what sits outside it as an add-on so you only pay for the extras you actually want.
Included every visit
- Kitchen: counters, sink, stovetop, exterior of appliances
- Bathrooms: toilets, showers, tubs, mirrors, fixtures
- Dusting reachable surfaces, sills, and baseboards
- Vacuuming carpets and rugs, mopping all hard floors
- Trash emptied and liners replaced
- Beds made (linens left out are changed)
- High-touch points: switches, handles, and a final walkthrough
Available as add-ons
Some tasks don’t need doing every visit, so they’re billed by the task on top of your clean. Add them when you book, or just leave a note for your regular team.
